EN: Gout, Hyperuricemia
JA: 痛風、高尿酸血症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: In adults, start with 20mg of topiroxostat once daily (twice daily, morning and evening). Increase gradually as needed while monitoring serum uric acid levels. The usual maintenance dose is 60mg twice daily; adjust according to patient condition. The maximum dose is 80mg twice daily.
JA: 通常、成人にはトピロキソスタットとして1回20mgより開始し、1日2回朝夕に経口投与する。その後は血中尿酸値を確認しながら必要に応じて徐々に増量する。維持量は通常1回60mgを1日2回とし、患者の状態に応じて適宜増減するが、最大投与量は1回80mgを1日2回とする。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: 2.1 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product. 2.2 Patients receiving mercaptopurine hydrate or azathioprine.
JA: 2.1 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者　2.2 メルカプトプリン水和物又はアザチオプリンを投与中の患者
