EN: Hypertension
JA: 高血圧症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual adult dose is 40mg of telmisartan once daily orally. Treatment should be initiated at 20mg once daily and gradually increased. The dose may be adjusted according to age and condition, with a maximum daily dose of 80mg.
JA: 通常、成人にはテルミサルタンとして40mgを1日1回経口投与する。ただし、1日20mgから投与を開始し漸次増量する。なお、年齢・症状により適宜増減するが、1日最大投与量は80mgまでとする。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; patients with severely impaired bile secretion or serious hepatic impairment; diabetic patients receiving aliskiren fumarate (except those with markedly poor blood pressure control despite other antihypertensive therapies)
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、胆汁の分泌が極めて悪い患者又は重篤な肝障害のある患者、アリスキレンフマル酸塩を投与中の糖尿病患者（ただし、他の降圧治療を行ってもなお血圧のコントロールが著しく不良の患者を除く）
