Indications / 効能効果

EN: Constipation
JA: 便秘症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: As Sennoside A·B (or its calcium salt), the usual adult dose is 12 to 24mg orally once daily at bedtime. For severe constipation, the dose may be increased to up to 48mg per dose. Adjust dose as appropriate based on age and symptoms.
JA: センノシドA・B(又はそのカルシウム塩)として、通常成人1日1回12～24mgを就寝前に経口投与する。高度の便秘には、1回48mgまで増量することができる。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product or sennoside preparations; patients with suspected acute abdomen or spastic constipation; patients with severe impacted feces; patients with electrolyte imbalance (especially hypokalemia)
JA: 本剤の成分又はセンノシド製剤に過敏症の既往歴のある患者；急性腹症が疑われる患者、痙攣性便秘の患者；重症の硬結便のある患者；電解質失調（特に低カリウム血症）のある患者
