Indications / 効能効果

EN: Potassium supplementation in the following conditions: during prolonged use of antihypertensive diuretics, adrenocortical hormones, cardiac glycosides, insulin, or certain antibiotics; hypokalemic periodic paralysis; hypokalemic states in cardiac disease; severe vomiting, diarrhea, insufficient potassium intake, and postoperative states
JA: 下記疾患又は状態におけるカリウム補給
○ 降圧利尿剤、副腎皮質ホルモン、強心配糖体、インスリン、ある種の抗生物質などの連用時
○ 低カリウム血症型周期性四肢麻痺
○ 心疾患時の低カリウム状態
○ 重症嘔吐、下痢、カリウム摂取不足及び手術後

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: As Potassium L-Aspartate, the usual adult dose is 1.71–5.14g (10–30mEq as potassium) per administration, diluted with Japanese Pharmacopoeia Water for Injection, 5% Glucose Injection, Normal Saline, or another suitable diluent to a concentration not exceeding 0.68 W/V% (40mEq/L as potassium), administered by intravenous drip infusion at a rate not exceeding 8mL per minute. The daily dose should not exceed 17.1g (100mEq as potassium). Adjust according to age and symptoms.
JA: L-アスパラギン酸カリウムとして、通常成人1回1.71〜5.14g（カリウムとして10〜30mEq）を日本薬局方注射用水、5%ブドウ糖注射液、生理食塩液または他の適当な希釈剤で希釈する。その液の濃度は0.68W/V%（カリウムとして40mEq/L）以下として、1分間8mLを超えない速度で点滴静脈内注射する。1日の投与量は17.1g（カリウムとして100mEq）を超えない量とする。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: 2.1 Patients with severe renal impairment (previous day urine output ≤500mL or urine output ≤20mL/hour immediately before administration); 2.2 Patients with adrenocortical insufficiency (Addison’s disease); 2.3 Patients with hyperkalemia; 2.4 Patients with hyperkalemic periodic paralysis; 2.5 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; 2.6 Patients receiving eplerenone (for hypertension) or esaxerenone
JA: 2.1 重篤な腎機能障害（前日の尿量が500mL以下あるいは投与直前の排尿が1時間当たり20mL以下）のある患者
2.2 副腎機能障害（アジソン病）のある患者
2.3 高カリウム血症の患者
2.4 高カリウム血性周期性四肢麻痺の患者
2.5 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
2.6 エプレレノン（高血圧症）、エサキセレノンを投与中の患者
