Active Ingredient: Per 20mL: Monoammonium Glycyrrhizinate (as Glycyrrhizinic Acid) 53mg (40mg), Glycine 400mg, L-Cysteine 15.4mg (equivalent to L-Cysteine Hydrochloride 20mg) / 20mL中：グリチルリチン酸一アンモニウム（グリチルリチン酸として）53mg（40mg）、グリシン400mg、L-システイン15.4mg（L-システイン塩酸塩相当量20mg）
Additives: Sodium Bisulfite 6mg, Sodium Hydroxide q.s., Hydrochloric Acid q.s. / 亜硫酸水素ナトリウム 6mg、水酸化ナトリウム 適量、塩酸 適量
Appearance: Colorless to pale yellow clear solution; pH 6.0–8.5; Osmolarity ratio (relative to physiological saline) approximately 1

Indications / 効能効果
EN: Strophulus in children, eczema/dermatitis, urticaria, pruritus cutanea, stomatitis, phlyctenule, drug eruption/toxic eruption, improvement of hepatic dysfunction in chronic liver disease
JA: 小児ストロフルス、湿疹・皮膚炎、蕁麻疹、皮膚そう痒症、口内炎、フリクテン、薬疹・中毒疹、慢性肝疾患における肝機能異常の改善
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usually, administer 5–20mL once daily by intravenous injection in adults. Adjust dose appropriately based on age and symptoms. Administer 40–60mL once daily by intravenous injection or intravenous drip infusion. Adjust dose appropriately based on age and symptoms. When increasing dose, the maximum is 100mL per day.
JA: 〈小児ストロフルス、湿疹・皮膚炎、蕁麻疹、皮膚そう痒症、口内炎、フリクテン、薬疹・中毒疹〉通常、成人には1日1回5～20mLを静脈内に注射する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。〈慢性肝疾患における肝機能異常の改善〉慢性肝疾患に対しては1日1回40～60mLを静脈内に注射又は点滴静注する。年齢、症状により適宜増減する。なお、増量する場合は1日100mLを限度とする。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; patients with aldosteronism, myopathy, or hypokalemia
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、アルドステロン症・ミオパチー・低カリウム血症の患者
