Indications / 効能効果

EN: Blepharitis, dacryocystitis, hordeolum, conjunctivitis, meibomianitis, keratitis (including corneal ulcer), perioperative antiseptic therapy in ophthalmology
JA: 眼瞼炎、涙嚢炎、麦粒腫、結膜炎、瞼板腺炎、角膜炎（角膜潰瘍を含む）、眼科周術期の無菌化療法

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usually, instill 1 drop at a time, 3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted according to symptoms.
JA: 通常、1回1滴、1日3回点眼する。なお、症状により適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of this preparation, ofloxacin, or quinolone antibacterial agents
JA: 本剤の成分、オフロキサシン及びキノロン系抗菌剤に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
