EN: Migraine
JA: 片頭痛
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usual adult dose: 2.5mg (as zolmitriptan) orally at the onset of migraine headache. If the effect is insufficient, an additional dose may be administered with an interval of at least 2 hours from the previous dose. If 2.5mg is insufficient, 5mg may be administered from the next migraine attack. The total daily dose should not exceed 10mg.
JA: 通常、成人にはゾルミトリプタンとして1回2.5mgを片頭痛の頭痛発現時に経口投与する。なお、効果が不十分な場合には、追加投与をすることができるが、前回の投与から2時間以上あけること。また、2.5mgの経口投与で効果が不十分であった場合には、次回片頭痛発現時から5mgを経口投与することができる。ただし、1日の総投与量を10mg以内とすること。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; patients with a history of myocardial infarction, ischemic heart disease or symptoms/signs thereof, or variant angina (coronary artery spasm); patients with a history of cerebrovascular disorder or transient ischemic attack; patients with peripheral vascular disease; patients with uncontrolled hypertension; patients receiving ergotamine, ergotamine derivative-containing preparations, or other 5-HT1B/1D receptor agonists; patients receiving or within 2 weeks of discontinuation of MAO inhibitors
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者；心筋梗塞の既往歴のある患者、虚血性心疾患又はその症状・兆候のある患者、異型狭心症のある患者；脳血管障害や一過性脳虚血性発作の既往のある患者；末梢血管障害を有する患者；コントロールされていない高血圧症の患者；エルゴタミン、エルゴタミン誘導体含有製剤、あるいは他の5-HT1B/1D受容体作動薬を投与中の患者；MAO阻害剤を投与中、あるいは投与中止2週間以内の患者
