Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual adult dose is 10mg of vortioxetine orally once daily. The dose may be adjusted according to the patient’s condition up to a maximum of 20mg per day; dose increases should be made at intervals of at least one week.
JA: 通常、成人にはボルチオキセチンとして10mgを1日1回経口投与する。なお、患者の状態により1日20mgを超えない範囲で適宜増減するが、増量は1週間以上の間隔をあけて行うこと。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product. Patients receiving MAO inhibitors (selegiline hydrochloride, rasagiline mesilate, or safinamide mesilate) or within 14 days of discontinuing such therapy.
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者。モノアミン酸化酵素（MAO）阻害剤（セレギリン塩酸塩、ラサギリンメシル酸塩及びサフィナミドメシル酸塩）を投与中又は投与中止後14日間以内の患者。
