Indications / 効能効果
EN: Insomnia
JA: 不眠症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual adult dose is 5mg of vornorexant orally once daily, immediately before bedtime. The dose may be adjusted according to symptoms, but should not exceed 10mg once daily.
JA: 通常、成人にはボルノレキサントとして1日1回5mgを就寝直前に経口投与する。なお、症状により適宜増減するが、1日1回10mgを超えないこととする。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: 2.1 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product. 2.2 Patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C). 2.3 Patients receiving itraconazole, posaconazole, voriconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir-containing products, ensitrelvir fumarate, cobicistat-containing products, or ceritinib.
JA: 2.1 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者。2.2 重度の肝機能障害（Child-Pugh分類C）のある患者。2.3 イトラコナゾール、ポサコナゾール、ボリコナゾール、クラリスロマイシン、リトナビル含有製剤、エンシトレルビル フマル酸、コビシスタット含有製剤、セリチニブを投与中の患者。
