Indications / 効能効果
EN: Gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis, prevention of recurrence of gastric or duodenal ulcer during low-dose aspirin therapy, prevention of recurrence of gastric or duodenal ulcer during NSAID therapy. Eradication of Helicobacter pylori (gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, gastric MALT lymphoma, immune thrombocytopenia, post-endoscopic treatment of early gastric cancer, Helicobacter pylori gastritis)
JA: 胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、逆流性食道炎、低用量アスピリン投与時における胃潰瘍又は十二指腸潰瘍の再発抑制、非ステロイド性抗炎症薬投与時における胃潰瘍又は十二指腸潰瘍の再発抑制。ヘリコバクター・ピロリの除菌の補助（胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、胃MALTリンパ腫、免疫性血小板減少症、早期胃癌に対する内視鏡的治療後胃、ヘリコバクター・ピロリ感染胃炎）
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Gastric/duodenal ulcer: Usually 20mg once daily. Reflux esophagitis: Usually 20mg once daily, maintenance 10mg once daily. Prevention during low-dose aspirin or NSAID therapy: Usually 10mg once daily. H. pylori eradication: Usually vonoprazan 20mg, amoxicillin 750mg, and clarithromycin 200mg twice daily for 7 days
JA: 胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍：通常、成人にはボノプラザンとして1回20mgを1日1回経口投与。逆流性食道炎：通常、成人にはボノプラザンとして1回20mgを1日1回、維持療法では1回10mgを1日1回経口投与。低用量アスピリン投与時又は非ステロイド性抗炎症薬投与時における胃潰瘍又は十二指腸潰瘍の再発抑制：通常、成人にはボノプラザンとして1回10mgを1日1回経口投与。ヘリコバクター・ピロリの除菌の補助：通常、成人にはボノプラザンとして1回20mg、アモキシシリン水和物として1回750mg（力価）及びクラリスロマイシンとして1回200mg（力価）の3剤を同時に1日2回、7日間経口投与
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product. Patients receiving atazanavir sulfate or rilpivirine hydrochloride
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者。アタザナビル硫酸塩、リルピビリン塩酸塩を投与中の患者
