Indications / 効能効果

EN: Hypertension
JA: 高血圧症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Orally administer 1 tablet (Valsartan 80mg and Cilnidipine 10mg) once daily after breakfast to adults. This product should not be used as a first-line antihypertensive therapy.
JA: 成人には1日1回1錠（バルサルタンとして80mg及びシルニジピンとして10mg）を朝食後に経口投与する。本剤は高血圧治療の第一選択薬として用いない。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; diabetic patients receiving aliskiren fumarate (except those with markedly poor blood pressure control despite other antihypertensive treatments)
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、アリスキレンフマル酸塩を投与中の糖尿病患者（ただし、他の降圧治療を行ってもなお血圧のコントロールが著しく不良の患者を除く）
