Indications / 効能効果

EN: Herpes simplex; Prevention of herpes simplex virus infection (herpes simplex) in hematopoietic stem cell transplantation; Herpes zoster; Varicella; Suppression of recurrent genital herpes
JA: 単純疱疹、造血幹細胞移植における単純ヘルペスウイルス感染症（単純疱疹）の発症抑制、帯状疱疹、水痘、性器ヘルペスの再発抑制

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: [Adults] Herpes simplex: 500mg twice daily orally. Prevention of HSV infection in HSCT: 500mg twice daily orally from 7 days before to 35 days after transplantation. Herpes zoster: 1000mg three times daily orally. Varicella: 1000mg three times daily orally. Suppression of recurrent genital herpes: 500mg once daily orally (HIV-infected patients with CD4 lymphocyte count ≥100/mm3: 500mg twice daily). [Pediatric] Children weighing ≥40kg: same dosage as adults.
JA: 【成人】単純疱疹: 1回500mgを1日2回経口投与。造血幹細胞移植における単純ヘルペスウイルス感染症（単純疱疹）の発症抑制: 1回500mgを1日2回、移植施行7日前より施行後35日まで経口投与。帯状疱疹: 1回1000mgを1日3回経口投与。水痘: 1回1000mgを1日3回経口投与。性器ヘルペスの再発抑制: 1回500mgを1日1回経口投与（HIV感染症患者（CD4リンパ球数100/mm3以上）には1回500mgを1日2回）。【小児】体重40kg以上の小児には成人と同用量を投与。

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product or to aciclovir
