Appearance: Colorless to slightly yellow to slightly brown, clear or slightly opalescent liquid, pH 6.5-7.5, osmotic pressure ratio approximately 1 (relative to physiological saline)
外観: 無色～微黄色～微褐色の澄明又はわずかに乳白光を呈する液、pH6.5～7.5、浸透圧比約1（生理食塩液に対する比）

EN: Type 2 diabetes mellitus
JA: 2型糖尿病
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usually, for adults, administer 5mg of tirzepatide once weekly as a maintenance dose by subcutaneous injection. Start with 2.5mg once weekly, and after 4 weeks, increase to 5mg once weekly. Dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to the patient’s condition. If the effect is insufficient at 5mg once weekly, the dose may be increased by 2.5mg at intervals of 4 weeks or more. The maximum dose is 15mg once weekly.
JA: 通常、成人には、チルゼパチドとして週1回5mgを維持用量とし、皮下注射する。ただし、週1回2.5mgから開始し、4週間投与した後、週1回5mgに増量する。なお、患者の状態に応じて適宜増減するが、週1回5mgで効果不十分な場合は、4週間以上の間隔で2.5mgずつ増量できる。ただし、最大用量は週1回15mgまでとする。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, diabetic coma or pre-coma, or type 1 diabetes mellitus; emergency situations such as severe infection or surgery
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、糖尿病性ケトアシドーシス・糖尿病性昏睡又は前昏睡・1型糖尿病の患者、重症感染症・手術等の緊急の場合
