Indications / 効能効果
EN: Acute coronary syndrome (unstable angina, non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction, ST-elevation myocardial infarction) indicated for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), limited to cases where dual antiplatelet therapy including aspirin is appropriate and administration of other antiplatelet agents in combination with aspirin is difficult
JA: 経皮的冠動脈形成術（PCI）が適用される急性冠症候群（不安定狭心症、非ST上昇心筋梗塞、ST上昇心筋梗塞）（ただし、アスピリンを含む抗血小板剤2剤併用療法が適切である場合で、かつ、アスピリンと併用する他の抗血小板剤の投与が困難な場合に限る）
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: For adults, administer an initial loading dose of 180mg of ticagrelor, followed by a maintenance dose of 90mg twice daily orally.
JA: 通常、成人には、チカグレロルとして初回用量を180mg、2回目以降の維持用量を90mgとして、1日2回経口投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with active bleeding (intracranial hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, urinary tract bleeding, hemoptysis, vitreous hemorrhage, etc.) or hemophilia; patients with a history of intracranial hemorrhage; patients with moderate or severe hepatic impairment; patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; patients receiving strong CYP3A inhibitors (itraconazole, voriconazole, clarithromycin, ritonavir, cobicistat-containing agents, ensitrelvir fumarate, ceritinib); patients receiving strong CYP3A inducers (rifampicin, rifabutin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin, St. John’s Wort-containing foods)
JA: 出血している患者（頭蓋内出血、消化管出血、尿路出血、喀血、硝子体出血等）、血友病の患者；頭蓋内出血の既往歴のある患者；中等度又は重度の肝障害のある患者；本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者；強いCYP3A阻害剤（イトラコナゾール、ボリコナゾール、クラリスロマイシン、リトナビル、コビシスタットを含む薬剤、エンシトレルビルフマル酸、セリチニブ）を投与中の患者；強いCYP3A誘導剤（リファンピシン、リファブチン、カルバマゼピン、フェノバルビタール、フェニトイン、セイヨウオトギリソウ含有食品）を投与中の患者
