Indications / 効能効果

EN: Bronchial asthma, Asthmatic (like) bronchitis, Chronic bronchitis, Pulmonary emphysema
JA: ○気管支喘息 ○喘息性（様）気管支炎 ○慢性気管支炎 ○肺気腫

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usual adult dose: 200mg (2 tablets) per dose; usual pediatric dose: 100–200mg (1–2 tablets) per dose; administered orally twice daily in the morning and before bedtime. For bronchial asthma, adults may receive 400mg (4 tablets) once daily before bedtime. Adjust dose according to age and symptoms.
JA: 通常、テオフィリンとして、成人1回200mg（本剤2錠）を、小児1回100～200mg（本剤1～2錠）を、1日2回、朝及び就寝前に経口投与する。また、気管支喘息については、テオフィリンとして成人1回400mg（本剤4錠）を、1日1回就寝前に経口投与することもできる。なお、年齢、症状に応じ適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: 2.1 Patients with a history of serious adverse reactions to this product or other xanthine-based agents. 2.2 Patients who have received adenosine (Adenoscan) within 12 hours.
JA: 2.1 本剤又は他のキサンチン系薬剤に対し重篤な副作用の既往歴のある患者 2.2 12時間以内にアデノシン（アデノスキャン）を使用する患者
