Indications / 効能効果

EN: Hypertension
JA: 高血圧症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Orally administer one tablet (Telmisartan/Amlodipine/Hydrochlorothiazide 80mg/5mg/12.5mg) once daily to adults. This product should not be used as a first-line antihypertensive therapy.
JA: 成人には1日1回1錠（テルミサルタン/アムロジピン/ヒドロクロロチアジドとして80mg/5mg/12.5mg）を経口投与する。本剤は高血圧治療の第一選択薬として用いない。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product, dihydropyridine compounds, or thiazide-type agents or similar compounds; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; patients with hepatic impairment; patients with anuria or undergoing hemodialysis; patients with acute renal failure; patients with markedly decreased sodium or potassium in body fluids; diabetic patients receiving aliskiren fumarate (except those with markedly poor blood pressure control despite other antihypertensive therapies); patients receiving desmopressin acetate hydrate (for nocturia due to nocturnal polyuria in males)
JA: 本剤の成分、ジヒドロピリジン系化合物及びチアジド系薬剤又はその類似化合物に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、肝障害のある患者、無尿の患者又は血液透析中の患者、急性腎不全の患者、体液中のナトリウム・カリウムが明らかに減少している患者、アリスキレンフマル酸塩を投与中の糖尿病患者（ただし、他の降圧治療を行ってもなお血圧のコントロールが著しく不良の患者を除く）、デスモプレシン酢酸塩水和物（男性における夜間多尿による夜間頻尿）を投与中の患者
