JA: 乳癌

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: The usual adult dose is 20mg of tamoxifen per day, administered orally in 1 to 2 divided doses. The dose may be increased as appropriate based on symptoms, but the maximum daily dose is 40mg of tamoxifen.
JA: 通常、成人にはタモキシフェンとして1日20mgを1～2回に分割経口投与する。なお、症状により適宜増量できるが、1日最高量はタモキシフェンとして40mgまでとする。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
