EN: Dysuria associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual adult dose is 5mg of tadalafil administered orally once daily.
JA: 通常、成人には1日1回タダラフィルとして5mgを経口投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product / Patients receiving nitrates or nitric oxide (NO) donors / Patients receiving soluble guanylate cyclase (sGC) stimulators (riociguat) / Patients with unstable angina / Patients with heart failure (NYHA Class III or above) / Patients with uncontrolled arrhythmia, hypotension (BP 170/100 mmHg) / Patients with a history of myocardial infarction within the past 3 months / Patients with a history of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage within the past 6 months / Patients with severe renal impairment / Patients with severe hepatic impairment
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者／硝酸剤又は一酸化窒素（NO）供与剤を投与中の患者／可溶性グアニル酸シクラーゼ（sGC）刺激剤（リオシグアト）を投与中の患者／不安定狭心症のある患者／心不全（NYHA分類Ⅲ度以上）のある患者／コントロール不良の不整脈、低血圧（血圧＜90/50mmHg）又はコントロール不良の高血圧（安静時血圧＞170/100mmHg）のある患者／心筋梗塞の既往歴が最近3ヵ月以内にある患者／脳梗塞・脳出血の既往歴が最近6ヵ月以内にある患者／重度の腎障害のある患者／重度の肝障害のある患者
