Indications / 効能効果

EN: Improvement of ischemic symptoms associated with chronic arterial occlusion, including ulcers, pain, and coldness
JA: 慢性動脈閉塞症に伴う潰瘍、疼痛および冷感等の虚血性諸症状の改善

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: The usual adult dose is 100mg of sarpogrelate hydrochloride orally three times daily after meals. Dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms.
JA: サルポグレラート塩酸塩として、通常成人1回100mgを1日3回食後経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with active bleeding (hemophilia, capillary fragility, gastrointestinal ulcer, urinary tract bleeding, hemoptysis, vitreous hemorrhage, etc.); pregnant women or women who may be pregnant
JA: 出血している患者（血友病、毛細血管脆弱症、消化管潰瘍、尿路出血、喀血、硝子体出血等）、妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性
