Indications / 効能効果

EN: Bronchial asthma (when concomitant use of an inhaled corticosteroid and a long-acting inhaled β2 agonist is required); Relief of symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic bronchitis/emphysema) (when concomitant use of an inhaled corticosteroid and a long-acting inhaled β2 agonist is required)
JA: 気管支喘息（吸入ステロイド剤及び長時間作動型吸入β2刺激剤の併用が必要な場合）、慢性閉塞性肺疾患（慢性気管支炎・肺気腫）の諸症状の緩解（吸入ステロイド剤及び長時間作動型吸入β2刺激剤の併用が必要な場合）

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Adults: Usually, inhale Salmeterol 50μg and Fluticasone Propionate 250μg twice daily (Adoair 250 Diskus: 1 inhalation per dose). Adults: Inhale Salmeterol 50μg and Fluticasone Propionate 250μg twice daily (Adoair 250 Diskus: 1 inhalation per dose).
JA: ＜気管支喘息＞成人：通常、1回サルメテロールとして50μg及びフルチカゾンプロピオン酸エステルとして250μgを1日2回吸入投与（アドエア250ディスカス 1回1吸入）。＜慢性閉塞性肺疾患＞成人：1回サルメテロールとして50μg及びフルチカゾンプロピオン酸エステルとして250μgを1日2回吸入投与（アドエア250ディスカス 1回1吸入）。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with infections for which no effective antibacterial agent exists, or with deep mycosis; Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 有効な抗菌剤の存在しない感染症、深在性真菌症の患者；本剤の成分に対して過敏症の既往歴のある患者
