Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual adult dose is 10mg of rabeprazole sodium once daily orally; may be increased to 20mg once daily depending on the condition. Treatment duration is usually up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcer and anastomotic ulcer, and up to 6 weeks for duodenal ulcer. For treatment, the usual adult dose is 10mg once daily orally; may be increased to 20mg once daily depending on the condition. Treatment duration is usually up to 8 weeks. In cases of insufficient response to proton pump inhibitor therapy, 10mg or 20mg twice daily for an additional 8 weeks may be administered. However, 20mg twice daily is limited to cases with severe mucosal injury.
JA: 〈胃潰瘍、十二指腸潰瘍、吻合部潰瘍、Zollinger-Ellison症候群〉通常、成人にはラベプラゾールナトリウムとして1回10mgを1日1回経口投与するが、病状により1回20mgを1日1回経口投与することができる。なお、通常、胃潰瘍、吻合部潰瘍では8週間まで、十二指腸潰瘍では6週間までの投与とする。〈逆流性食道炎〉逆流性食道炎の治療においては、通常、成人にはラベプラゾールナトリウムとして1回10mgを1日1回経口投与するが、病状により1回20mgを1日1回経口投与することができる。なお、通常、8週間までの投与とする。また、プロトンポンプインヒビターによる治療で効果不十分な場合、1回10mgまたは1回20mgを1日2回、さらに8週間経口投与することができる。ただし、1回20mg1日2回投与は重度の粘膜傷害を有する場合に限る。

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of this product; patients receiving rilpivirine hydrochloride
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、リルピビリン塩酸塩を投与中の患者
