Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual initial dose in adults is 150mg/day of pregabalin, administered orally in 2 divided doses, gradually increased to 300mg/day over at least 1 week. Dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms, but the maximum daily dose should not exceed 600mg, administered in 2 divided doses.
The usual initial dose in adults is 150mg/day of pregabalin, administered orally in 2 divided doses, gradually increased to 300mg/day over at least 1 week, then maintained at 300–450mg/day. Dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms, but the maximum daily dose should not exceed 450mg, administered in 2 divided doses.
JA: 〈神経障害性疼痛〉通常、成人には初期用量としてプレガバリン 1 日 150mg を 1 日 2 回に分けて経口投与し、その後 1 週間以上かけて 1 日用量として 300mg まで漸増する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減するが、1 日最高用量は 600mg を超えないこととし、いずれも 1 日 2 回に分けて経口投与する。
