Indications / 効能効果
EN: Improvement of motor fluctuations (wearing-off phenomenon) in Parkinson’s disease in combination with levodopa/carbidopa or levodopa/benserazide hydrochloride
JA: レボドパ・カルビドパ又はレボドパ・ベンセラジド塩酸塩との併用によるパーキンソン病における症状の日内変動（wearing-off現象）の改善
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: To be used in combination with levodopa/carbidopa or levodopa/benserazide hydrochloride. The usual adult dose is 25mg of opicapone once daily, administered orally at least 1 hour before or after levodopa/carbidopa or levodopa/benserazide hydrochloride dosing and at least 1 hour before or after meals.
JA: 本剤は、レボドパ・カルビドパ又はレボドパ・ベンセラジド塩酸塩と併用する。通常、成人にはオピカポンとして25mgを1日1回、レボドパ・カルビドパ又はレボドパ・ベンセラジド塩酸塩の投与前後及び食事の前後1時間以上あけて経口投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product / Patients with pheochromocytoma, paraganglioma, or other catecholamine-secreting tumors / Patients with a history of malignant syndrome or non-traumatic rhabdomyolysis / Patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C)
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者／褐色細胞腫又はパラガングリオーマ若しくはその他のカテコールアミン分泌腫瘍のある患者／悪性症候群又は非外傷性横紋筋融解症の既往歴のある患者／重度肝機能障害（Child-Pugh分類C）のある患者
