EN: Hypertension
JA: 高血圧症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usually, administer 1 tablet (Olmesartan Medoxomil/Azelnidipine 20mg/16mg) orally once daily after breakfast in adults. This product should not be used as a first-line antihypertensive therapy.
JA: 通常、成人には1日1回1錠（オルメサルタン メドキソミル/アゼルニジピンとして20mg/16mg）を朝食後経口投与する。本剤は高血圧治療の第一選択薬として用いない。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; patients receiving itraconazole, miconazole (oral preparations, injections, oral mucosa preparations), fluconazole, fosfluconazole, voriconazole, posaconazole, HIV protease inhibitors (ritonavir-containing preparations, darunavir-containing preparations), cobicistat-containing preparations, nirmatrelvir/ritonavir, ensitrelvir fumarate, clarithromycin, or ceritinib; diabetic patients receiving aliskiren fumarate (except those with markedly poor blood pressure control despite other antihypertensive treatments)
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者；妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性；イトラコナゾール、ミコナゾール（経口剤、注射剤、口腔用剤）、フルコナゾール、ホスフルコナゾール、ボリコナゾール、ポサコナゾール、HIVプロテアーゼ阻害剤（リトナビル含有製剤、ダルナビル含有製剤）、コビシスタット含有製剤、ニルマトレルビル・リトナビル、エンシトレルビル フマル酸、クラリスロマイシン、セリチニブを投与中の患者；アリスキレンフマル酸塩を投与中の糖尿病患者（ただし、他の降圧治療を行ってもなお血圧のコントロールが著しく不良の患者を除く）
