Indications / 効能効果

EN: Susceptible organisms: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Streptococcus pneumoniae, Proteus spp., Morganella morganii, Providencia spp., Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Indications: Otitis externa, Otitis media
JA: 〈適応菌種〉本剤に感性のブドウ球菌属、レンサ球菌属、肺炎球菌、プロテウス属、モルガネラ・モルガニー、プロビデンシア属、インフルエンザ菌、緑膿菌
〈適応症〉外耳炎、中耳炎

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usually, for adults, instill 6–10 drops per ear, twice daily. After instillation, perform ear bath for approximately 10 minutes. The number of administrations may be adjusted according to symptoms. For children, the number of drops should be reduced as appropriate.
JA: 通常、成人に対して、1回6〜10滴を1日2回点耳する。点耳後は約10分間の耳浴を行う。なお、症状により適宜回数を増減する。小児に対しては、適宜滴数を減ずる。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product or to levofloxacin hydrate
JA: 本剤の成分又はレボフロキサシン水和物に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
