EN: Susceptible organisms: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Streptococcus pneumoniae, Enterococcus spp., Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Bacillus anthracis, Escherichia coli, Shigella spp., Salmonella spp., Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Citrobacter spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter spp., Serratia spp., Proteus spp., Morganella morganii, Providencia rettgeri, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Francisella tularensis, Campylobacter spp. Indications: Superficial skin infections, deep skin infections, chronic pyoderma, pharyngitis/laryngitis, tonsillitis, acute bronchitis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, prostatitis (acute and chronic), urethritis, cholecystitis, cholangitis, infectious enteritis, typhoid fever, paratyphoid fever, cholera, otitis media, sinusitis, anthrax, tularemia

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual adult dose is 100 to 200mg of norfloxacin per dose, administered orally 3 to 4 times daily. Dosage may be adjusted according to symptoms. For typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever, administer 400mg of norfloxacin orally 3 times daily for 14 days.
JA: ノルフロキサシンとして、通常成人1回100～200mgを1日3～4回経口投与する。なお、症状により適宜増減する。ただし、腸チフス、パラチフスの場合は、ノルフロキサシンとして1回400mgを1日3回、14日間経口投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product. Patients receiving fenbufen, flurbiprofen axetil, flurbiprofen, or esflurbiprofen/menthol. Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant (except for anthrax and tularemia).
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者。フェンブフェン、フルルビプロフェンアキセチル、フルルビプロフェン、エスフルルビプロフェン・ハッカ油を投与中の患者。妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性（炭疽、野兎病以外）。
