EN: Neuropathic pain
JA: 神経障害性疼痛
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usually, for adults, administer an initial dose of 5mg (as mirogabalin) orally twice daily, then increase by 5mg increments at intervals of at least one week, up to 15mg twice daily. Dose may be adjusted between 10mg and 15mg per administration twice daily based on age and symptoms.
JA: 通常、成人には、ミロガバリンとして初期用量1回5mgを1日2回経口投与し、その後1回用量として5mgずつ1週間以上の間隔をあけて漸増し、1回15mgを1日2回経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により1回10mgから15mgの範囲で適宜増減し、1日2回投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
