Indications / 効能効果

EN: Anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment for the following diseases and symptoms: Rheumatoid arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Low back pain, Periarthritis of the shoulder joint, Cervicobrachial syndrome
JA: 下記疾患並びに症状の消炎・鎮痛
関節リウマチ、変形性関節症、腰痛症、肩関節周囲炎、頸肩腕症候群

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usual adult dose: 10mg of meloxicam orally once daily after meals. Dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms; maximum daily dose is 15mg.
JA: 通常、成人にはメロキシカムとして10mgを1日1回食後に経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減するが、1日最高用量は15mgとする。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with peptic ulcer; patients with serious blood disorders; patients with serious hepatic impairment; patients with serious renal impairment; patients with serious cardiac insufficiency; patients with serious hypertension; patients with history of hypersensitivity to components of this product, salicylates, or other NSAIDs; patients with aspirin-induced asthma or history thereof; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant
JA: 消化性潰瘍のある患者、重篤な血液の異常がある患者、重篤な肝機能障害のある患者、重篤な腎機能障害のある患者、重篤な心機能不全のある患者、重篤な高血圧症の患者、本剤の成分・サリチル酸塩・他のNSAIDsに対して過敏症の既往歴のある患者、アスピリン喘息またはその既往歴のある患者、妊婦または妊娠している可能性のある女性
