Indications / 効能効果
EN: Hypertension; Diabetic nephropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension and proteinuria
JA: 高血圧症、高血圧及び蛋白尿を伴う2型糖尿病における糖尿病性腎症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usual adult dose: 25 to 50mg of losartan potassium orally once daily. May be adjusted according to age and condition; may be increased up to 100mg per day. Usual adult dose: 50mg of losartan potassium orally once daily. May be increased up to 100mg per day based on blood pressure response. In patients at risk of excessive hypotension, initiate at 25mg.
JA: 〈高血圧症〉通常、成人にはロサルタンカリウムとして25～50mgを1日1回経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減するが、1日100mgまで増量できる。〈高血圧及び蛋白尿を伴う2型糖尿病における糖尿病性腎症〉通常、成人にはロサルタンカリウムとして50mgを1日1回経口投与する。なお、血圧値をみながら1日100mgまで増量できる。ただし、過度の血圧低下を起こすおそれのある患者等では25mgから投与を開始する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; patients with severe hepatic impairment; diabetic patients receiving aliskiren (except those with markedly uncontrolled blood pressure despite other antihypertensive treatments)
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、重篤な肝障害のある患者、アリスキレンを投与中の糖尿病患者（ただし、他の降圧治療を行ってもなお血圧のコントロールが著しく不良の患者を除く）
