EN: Susceptible organisms: Staphylococcus spp., Streptococcus spp., Streptococcus pneumoniae, Enterococcus spp., Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Moraxella (Branhamella) catarrhalis, Bacillus anthracis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Escherichia coli, Shigella spp., Salmonella spp., Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi, Citrobacter spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter spp., Serratia spp., Proteus spp., Morganella morganii, Providencia spp., Yersinia pestis, Vibrio cholerae, Haemophilus influenzae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter spp., Legionella spp., Brucella spp., Francisella tularensis, Campylobacter spp., Peptostreptococcus spp., Propionibacterium acnes, Coxiella burnetii, Chlamydia trachomatis, Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae. Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usual adult dose: 500mg (as levofloxacin) orally once daily. Dose may be reduced as appropriate depending on disease and symptoms. For pulmonary tuberculosis and other tuberculosis, use in combination with other antituberculous drugs as a rule. For typhoid fever and paratyphoid fever: 500mg orally once daily for 14 days.
JA: 通常、成人にはレボフロキサシンとして1回500mgを1日1回経口投与する。なお、疾患・症状に応じて適宜減量する。肺結核及びその他の結核症については、原則として他の抗結核薬と併用すること。腸チフス、パラチフスについては、レボフロキサシンとして1回500mgを1日1回14日間経口投与する。

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of this product or ofloxacin; Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant (except for serious diseases such as anthrax); Pediatric patients (except for serious diseases such as anthrax)
JA: 本剤の成分又はオフロキサシンに対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者；妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性（炭疽等の重篤な疾患以外）；小児等（炭疽等の重篤な疾患以外）
