Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Levodopa-naive patients: Usually, adults start with 1 to 3 tablets per day in 1 to 3 divided doses after meals. Dose is increased gradually by 1 to 2 tablets every 2 to 3 days, with a maintenance dose of 3 to 6 tablets per day. Levodopa-pretreated patients: Usually, adults are switched to an initial daily dose corresponding to approximately 1/5 of the current levodopa dose (this product contains 100mg levodopa per tablet), administered in 1 to 3 divided doses after meals, then titrated up or down to a maintenance dose of 3 to 6 tablets per day. Dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms.
JA: レボドパ未投与例の場合:通常成人は初回1日量1~3錠を1~3回に分けて、食後に経口投与し、2~3日毎に1日量1~2錠ずつ漸増し、維持量として1日3~6錠を経口投与する。レボドパ投与例の場合:通常成人初回1日量は投与中のレボドパ量の約1/5に相当するレボドパ量(本剤1錠中レボドパ100mg含有)に切り換え、1~3回に分けて、食後に経口投与し、漸増もしくは漸減し、維持量として1日量3~6錠を経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; Patients with closed-angle glaucoma (risk of increased intraocular pressure and worsening of symptoms)
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、閉塞隅角緑内障の患者
