EN: [Adults] Allergic rhinitis; Urticaria; Eczema/dermatitis; Prurigo; Pruritus cutaneus. [Pediatric] Allergic rhinitis; Pruritus associated with urticaria and skin disorders (eczema/dermatitis, pruritus cutaneus)
JA: 【成人】アレルギー性鼻炎、蕁麻疹、湿疹・皮膚炎、痒疹、皮膚そう痒症【小児】アレルギー性鼻炎、蕁麻疹、皮膚疾患（湿疹・皮膚炎、皮膚そう痒症）に伴うそう痒
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: [Adults] Levocetirizine hydrochloride 5mg orally once daily at bedtime. Dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms; maximum daily dose is 10mg. [Pediatric] For children aged 7 to under 15 years: levocetirizine hydrochloride 2.5mg orally twice daily, after breakfast and at bedtime.
JA: 【成人】通常、成人にはレボセチリジン塩酸塩として1回5mgを1日1回、就寝前に経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減するが、最高投与量は1日10mgとする。【小児】通常、7歳以上15歳未満の小児にはレボセチリジン塩酸塩として1回2.5mgを1日2回、朝食後及び就寝前に経口投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product or piperazine derivatives (including cetirizine and hydroxyzine); Patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 10 mL/min)
JA: 本剤の成分又はピペラジン誘導体（セチリジン、ヒドロキシジンを含む）に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者；重度の腎障害（クレアチニンクリアランス10mL/min未満）のある患者
