EN: Postmenopausal breast cancer / Controlled ovarian stimulation in assisted reproductive technology / Ovulation induction in polycystic ovary syndrome / Ovulation induction in unexplained infertility

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: The usual adult dose is 2.5mg of letrozole orally once daily. The usual dose is 2.5mg of letrozole orally once daily for 5 days starting from day 3 of the menstrual cycle. If sufficient effect is not achieved, the dose may be increased to 5mg once daily from the next cycle onward.
JA: 〈閉経後乳癌〉通常、成人にはレトロゾールとして1日1回2.5mgを経口投与する。〈生殖補助医療における調節卵巣刺激、多嚢胞性卵巣症候群における排卵誘発、原因不明不妊における排卵誘発〉通常、レトロゾールとして1日1回2.5mgを月経周期3日目から5日間経口投与する。十分な効果が得られない場合は、次周期以降の1回投与量を5mgに増量できる。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant / Breastfeeding women / Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product / Patients with active thromboembolic disease (for ART/ovulation induction indications)
JA: 妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性／授乳婦／本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者／活動性の血栓塞栓性疾患の患者（生殖補助医療・排卵誘発適応時）
