Indications / 効能効果
EN: Angina pectoris, myocardial infarction (excluding acute phase), other ischemic heart diseases
JA: 狭心症、心筋梗塞（急性期を除く）、その他の虚血性心疾患
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: For adults, apply one patch (40mg isosorbide dinitrate) to the chest, upper abdomen, or back. Replace every 24 or 48 hours. Dosage may be adjusted based on symptoms.
JA: 通常、成人に対し、1回1枚（硝酸イソソルビドとして40mg）を胸部、上腹部又は背部のいずれかに貼付する。貼付後24時間又は48時間ごとに貼りかえる。なお、症状により適宜増減する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Severe hypotension or cardiogenic shock; closed-angle glaucoma; head injury or cerebral hemorrhage; severe anemia; history of hypersensitivity to nitrate/nitrite esters; concomitant use of PDE5 inhibitors (sildenafil, vardenafil, tadalafil) or guanylate cyclase stimulators (riociguat)
JA: 重篤な低血圧又は心原性ショック、閉塞隅角緑内障、頭部外傷又は脳出血、高度な貧血、硝酸・亜硝酸エステル系薬剤に対し過敏症の既往歴、ホスホジエステラーゼ5阻害薬（シルデナフィル、バルデナフィル、タダラフィル）又はグアニル酸シクラーゼ刺激薬（リオシグアト）投与中の患者
