Indications / 効能効果

EN: Hypertension
JA: 高血圧症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: The usual adult dose is 1 tablet (Irbesartan 100mg / Amlodipine 5mg) orally once daily. This product should not be used as a first-line antihypertensive therapy.
JA: 通常、成人には1日1回1錠（イルベサルタン/アムロジピンとして100mg/5mg）を経口投与する。本剤は高血圧治療の第一選択薬として用いない。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: (1) Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product or to dihydropyridine compounds; (2) Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant; (3) Diabetic patients receiving aliskiren fumarate (except those with markedly poor blood pressure control despite other antihypertensive therapies)
JA: （1）本剤の成分又はジヒドロピリジン系化合物に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、（2）妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、（3）アリスキレンフマル酸塩を投与中の糖尿病患者（ただし、他の降圧治療を行ってもなお血圧のコントロールが著しく不良の患者を除く）
