EN: Diabetes mellitus requiring insulin therapy
JA: インスリン療法が適応となる糖尿病

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: This product is a rapid-acting insulin analog to be used in combination with a long-acting insulin preparation. In adults, the initial dose is typically 2 to 20 units administered subcutaneously immediately before each meal. The dose should be adjusted according to symptoms and laboratory findings; the usual maintenance dose, including the dose of the long-acting insulin preparation, is 4 to 100 units per day.
JA: 本剤は持続型インスリン製剤と併用する超速効型インスリンアナログ製剤である。通常、成人では、初期は1回2～20単位を毎食直前に皮下注射する。なお、投与量は症状及び検査所見に応じて適宜増減するが、持続型インスリン製剤の投与量を含めた維持量は通常1日4～100単位である。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: 2.1 Patients presenting with hypoglycemic symptoms; 2.2 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 2.1 低血糖症状を呈している患者、2.2 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
