Appearance: Aqueous suspension injection. Upon gentle mixing, forms a white uniform suspension with no aggregates or lumps. Upon standing, fluffy floating particles may be observed. pH 7.20–7.44, osmotic pressure ratio (vs. physiological saline) 0.8–1.1. Identification (injection button) color: Royal Blue, with markings.

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: This product is a premixed formulation containing rapid-acting insulin analog and intermediate-acting insulin analog in a 3:7 ratio. In adults, the initial dose is typically 4–20 units per injection, administered subcutaneously twice daily immediately before breakfast and dinner. When administered once daily, inject immediately before breakfast. The dose should be adjusted according to symptoms and laboratory findings; the usual maintenance dose is 4–80 units per day.
JA: 本剤は、超速効型インスリンアナログと中間型インスリンアナログを3：7の割合で含有する混合製剤である。通常、成人では、初期は1回4～20単位を1日2回、朝食直前と夕食直前に皮下注射する。なお、1日1回投与のときは朝食直前に皮下注射する。投与量は症状及び検査所見に応じて適宜増減するが、維持量は通常1日4～80単位である。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: 2.1 Patients presenting with hypoglycemic symptoms; 2.2 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 2.1 低血糖症状を呈している患者、2.2 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
