Indications / 効能効果
EN: ○The following conditions associated with the escape of proteolytic enzymes (trypsin, kallikrein, plasmin, etc.):
Acute pancreatitis, acute exacerbation of chronic relapsing pancreatitis, postoperative acute pancreatitis
○Disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC)
JA: ○蛋白分解酵素（トリプシン、カリクレイン、プラスミン等）逸脱を伴う下記諸疾患
急性膵炎、慢性再発性膵炎の急性増悪期、術後の急性膵炎
○汎発性血管内血液凝固症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN:
Usually, 1 vial (100mg as gabexate mesilate) per dose is dissolved in 5% glucose injection or Ringer’s solution to a total volume of 500mL, or pre-dissolved in 5mL of water for injection and then mixed into 500mL of 5% glucose injection or Ringer’s solution, and administered by intravenous drip infusion at a rate not exceeding 8mL/min. As a general rule, the initial dose is 1–3 vials (500–1500mL solution) per day, with subsequent dose reduction according to symptom remission; however, an additional 1–3 vials (500–1500mL solution) may be administered by drip infusion on the same day depending on severity. Adjust dose as appropriate according to symptoms.
Usually, the adult daily dose of 20–39mg/kg as gabexate mesilate is administered continuously intravenously over 24 hours.
JA: 〈膵炎〉
通常1回1バイアル（ガベキサートメシル酸塩として100mg）を5%ブドウ糖注射液又はリンゲル液を用いて溶かし、全量500mLとするか、もしくはあらかじめ注射用水5mLを用いて溶かし、この溶液を5%ブドウ糖注射液又はリンゲル液500mLに混和して、8mL/分以下で点滴静注する。原則として、初期投与量は1日量1〜3バイアル（溶解液500〜1500mL）とし、以後は症状の消退に応じ減量するが、症状によっては同日中にさらに1〜3バイアル（溶解液500〜1500mL）を追加して、点滴静注することができる。症状に応じ適宜増減。
〈汎発性血管内血液凝固症〉
通常成人1日量ガベキサートメシル酸塩として20〜39mg/kgの範囲内で24時間かけて静脈内に持続投与する。
