Indications / 効能効果
EN: Prevention and treatment of vitamin B1 deficiency; supplementation when demand for vitamin B1 increases and dietary intake is insufficient (wasting diseases, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy, lactation, heavy physical labor, etc.); Wernicke’s encephalopathy; beriberi heart; cases where vitamin B1 deficiency or metabolic disorder is presumed to be involved in the following diseases (neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, peripheral neuritis, peripheral nerve paralysis, myocardial metabolic disorder, gastrointestinal motility disorder such as constipation, postoperative intestinal paralysis)
JA: ビタミンB1欠乏症の予防及び治療、ビタミンB1の需要が増大し、食事からの摂取が不十分な際の補給（消耗性疾患、甲状腺機能亢進症、妊産婦、授乳婦、はげしい肉体労働時等）、ウェルニッケ脳症、脚気衝心、下記疾患のうちビタミンB1の欠乏又は代謝障害が関与すると推定される場合（神経痛、筋肉痛、関節痛、末梢神経炎、末梢神経麻痺、心筋代謝障害、便秘等の胃腸運動機能障害、術後腸管麻痺）
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usually, adults are administered orally 1 to 2 tablets per day (50 to 100mg as fursultiamine) in 1 to 2 divided doses immediately after meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to age and symptoms.
JA: 通常、成人には1日量1～2錠（フルスルチアミンとして50～100mg）を1日1～2回に分けて食後直ちに経口投与する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。
