Indications / 効能効果

EN: Antispasmodic effect associated with the following diseases:
Hepatobiliary diseases: Biliary dyskinesia, Cholelithiasis, Cholecystitis, Cholangitis, Post-cholecystectomy syndrome
Pancreatic diseases: Pancreatitis
Urinary calculus
JA: 下記の疾患に伴う鎮痙効果
肝胆道疾患：胆道ジスキネジー、胆石症、胆のう炎、胆管炎、胆のう剔出後遺症
膵疾患：膵炎
尿路結石

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: The usual adult dose is 1 tablet (80mg as flopropione) orally three times daily after each meal. Dosage may be adjusted according to age and symptoms. For conditions other than urinary calculus, the usual dose is 40–80mg as flopropione orally three times daily after each meal.
JA: 通常成人は、1回1錠（フロプロピオンとして1回80mg）を1日3回毎食後経口投与する。年齢、症状により適宜増減する。なお、尿路結石以外に対する通常の用法及び用量はフロプロピオンとして1回40～80mg 1日3回毎食後経口投与する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
