Indications / 効能効果
EN: Hyperuricemia, Gout / Hyperuricemia associated with cancer chemotherapy
JA: 高尿酸血症、痛風／がん化学療法に伴う高尿酸血症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Adults: Usually start at 10mg once daily orally, then gradually increase as needed based on serum uric acid levels. Usual maintenance dose is 40mg once daily; may be adjusted according to patient condition, with a maximum dose of 60mg once daily. Pediatrics: Administer once daily orally according to body weight. Body weight <40kg: Start at 5mg once daily; usual maintenance dose 20mg once daily; maximum 30mg once daily. Body weight ≥40kg: Start at 10mg once daily; usual maintenance dose 40mg once daily; maximum 60mg once daily. Adults: Usually 60mg once daily orally.
JA: 〈高尿酸血症、痛風〉成人：通常、成人にはフェブキソスタットとして1日10mgより開始し、1日1回経口投与する。その後は血中尿酸値を確認しながら必要に応じて徐々に増量する。維持量は通常1日1回40mgで、患者の状態に応じて適宜増減するが、最大投与量は1日1回60mgとする。小児：通常、小児には体重に応じてフェブキソスタットとして下記の投与量を1日1回経口投与する。体重40kg未満：通常、1日5mgより開始し、1日1回経口投与する。維持量は通常1日1回20mgで、最大投与量は1日1回30mg。体重40kg以上：通常、1日10mgより開始し、1日1回経口投与する。維持量は通常1日1回40mgで、最大投与量は1日1回60mg。〈がん化学療法に伴う高尿酸血症〉成人：通常、成人にはフェブキソスタットとして60mgを1日1回経口投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product / Patients receiving mercaptopurine hydrate or azathioprine
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者／メルカプトプリン水和物又はアザチオプリンを投与中の患者
