Indications / 効能効果
EN: Improvement of cerebral vasospasm and associated cerebral ischemic symptoms following subarachnoid hemorrhage surgery
JA: くも膜下出血術後の脳血管攣縮およびこれに伴う脳虚血症状の改善
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usually, in adults, 30mg of fasudil hydrochloride per dose is diluted in 50 to 100mL of electrolyte solution or glucose solution and administered by intravenous drip infusion over approximately 30 minutes, 2 to 3 times daily. It is desirable to initiate administration early after subarachnoid hemorrhage surgery and continue for 2 weeks.
JA: 通常、成人には、塩酸ファスジルとして1回30mgを50～100mLの電解質液または糖液で希釈し、1日2～3回、約30分間かけて点滴静注する。本剤の投与は、くも膜下出血術後早期に開始し、2週間投与することが望ましい。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: Patients with active hemorrhage (intracranial hemorrhage); patients at risk of intracranial hemorrhage (patients in whom adequate intraoperative hemostasis of a ruptured aneurysm could not be achieved); patients with hypotension
JA: 出血している患者（頭蓋内出血）、頭蓋内出血の可能性のある患者（出血した動脈瘤に対する十分な止血処置を術中に施すことができなかった患者）、低血圧の患者
