EN: Insomnia
JA: 不眠症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usual adult dose: 2mg orally once at bedtime; usual elderly dose: 1mg orally once at bedtime. Dose may be adjusted based on symptoms, but must not exceed 3mg per dose in adults or 2mg per dose in elderly patients.
JA: 通常、成人にはエスゾピクロンとして1回2mgを、高齢者には1回1mgを就寝前に経口投与する。なお、症状により適宜増減するが、成人では1回3mg、高齢者では1回2mgを超えないこととする。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product or to zopiclone; patients with myasthenia gravis; patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma
JA: 本剤の成分又はゾピクロンに対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、重症筋無力症の患者、急性閉塞隅角緑内障の患者
