Indications / 効能効果

EN: Vaginitis (senile, pediatric, and non-specific), cervicitis, and cervical erosion
JA: 腟炎（老人、小児及び非特異性）、子宮頸管炎並びに子宮腟部びらん

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usually, insert 0.5 to 1.0 mg of estriol intravaginally once daily in adults. Dosage may be adjusted according to age and symptoms.
JA: エストリオールとして、通常成人1日1回0.5～1.0mgを腟内に挿入する。なお、年齢、症状により適宜増減する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with estrogen-dependent malignant tumors (e.g., breast cancer, endometrial cancer) or suspected thereof; patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; pregnant women or women who may be pregnant
JA: エストロゲン依存性悪性腫瘍（乳癌、子宮内膜癌）及びその疑いのある患者、本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性
