Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Usually, adults take 10mg of escitalopram orally once daily after the evening meal. The dose may be adjusted according to age and symptoms, but dose increases should be made at intervals of at least 1 week, and the maximum daily dose should not exceed 20mg.
JA: 通常、成人にはエスシタロプラムとして10mgを1日1回夕食後に経口投与する。なお、年齢・症状により適宜増減するが、増量は1週間以上の間隔をあけて行い、1日最高用量は20mgを超えないこととする。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: ①Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; ②Patients receiving or within 14 days of discontinuing MAO inhibitors (selegiline hydrochloride, rasagiline mesilate, safinamide mesilate); ③Patients receiving pimozide; ④Patients with QT prolongation (e.g., congenital long QT syndrome)
JA: ①本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、②MAO阻害剤（セレギリン塩酸塩、ラサギリンメシル酸塩、サフィナミドメシル酸塩）を投与中あるいは投与中止後14日間以内の患者、③ピモジドを投与中の患者、④QT延長のある患者（先天性QT延長症候群等）
