Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual adult dose is 40mg of duloxetine once daily after breakfast. Treatment should be initiated at 20mg/day, increasing by 20mg at intervals of at least one week. The dose may be increased up to 60mg/day if response is insufficient.
The usual adult dose is 60mg of duloxetine once daily after breakfast. Treatment should be initiated at 20mg/day, increasing by 20mg at intervals of at least one week.
JA: 〈うつ病・うつ状態、糖尿病性神経障害に伴う疼痛〉通常、成人には1日1回朝食後、デュロキセチンとして40mgを経口投与する。投与は1日20mgより開始し、1週間以上の間隔を空けて1日用量として20mgずつ増量する。なお、効果不十分な場合には、1日60mgまで増量することができる。
〈線維筋痛症に伴う疼痛、慢性腰痛症に伴う疼痛、変形性関節症に伴う疼痛〉通常、成人には1日1回朝食後、デュロキセチンとして60mgを経口投与する。投与は1日20mgより開始し、1週間以上の間隔を空けて1日用量として20mgずつ増量する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: 2.1 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
2.2 Patients currently receiving or within 2 weeks of discontinuing MAO inhibitors (selegiline hydrochloride, rasagiline mesilate, safinamide mesilate)
2.3 Patients with severe hepatic impairment
2.4 Patients with severe renal impairment
2.5 Patients with uncontrolled closed-angle glaucoma
JA: 2.1 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
2.2 MAO阻害剤（セレギリン塩酸塩、ラサギリンメシル酸塩、サフィナミドメシル酸塩）を投与中あるいは投与中止後2週間以内の患者
2.3 高度の肝機能障害のある患者
2.4 高度の腎機能障害のある患者
2.5 コントロール不良の閉塞隅角緑内障の患者
