EN: Hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia
JA: 高インスリン血性低血糖症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: Infants under 1 year: starting daily dose 5–10 mg/kg, maintenance daily dose 8–15 mg/kg, divided into 2 or 3 doses, administered orally every 8 or 12 hours. Children aged 1 year and above and adults: starting daily dose 3–5 mg/kg, maintenance daily dose 3–8 mg/kg, divided into 2 or 3 doses, administered orally every 8 or 12 hours. In all cases, dose should be adjusted according to blood glucose levels; maximum daily dose is 20 mg/kg.
JA: 対象：1歳未満の乳児、投与開始時1日投与量：5〜10mg/kg、1日投与量：8〜15mg/kg、2、3回に分割し、8あるいは12時間ごとに経口投与する。対象：1歳以上の幼小児及び成人、投与開始時1日投与量：3〜5mg/kg、1日投与量：3〜8mg/kg、2、3回に分割し、8あるいは12時間ごとに経口投与する。なお、いずれの場合も、血糖値に応じて適宜増減するが、1日最大投与量は20mg/kgまでとする。

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product or to thiazide diuretics
