Indications / 効能効果

EN: Insomnia
JA: 不眠症

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: The usual adult dose is 50mg of daridorexant once daily, administered orally immediately before bedtime. The dose may be reduced to 25mg once daily depending on the patient’s condition.
JA: 通常、成人にはダリドレキサントとして1日1回50mgを就寝直前に経口投与する。なお、患者の状態に応じて1日1回25mgを投与することができる。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of this product; patients with severe hepatic impairment (Child-Pugh Class C); patients receiving itraconazole, clarithromycin, voriconazole, posaconazole, ritonavir-containing preparations, cobicistat-containing preparations, ceritinib, or ensitrelvir fumarate
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、重度の肝機能障害（Child-Pugh分類C）のある患者、イトラコナゾール・クラリスロマイシン・ボリコナゾール・ポサコナゾール・リトナビル含有製剤・コビシスタット含有製剤・セリチニブ・エンシトレルビル フマル酸を投与中の患者
