Indications / 効能効果

EN: Type 2 diabetes mellitus; Chronic kidney disease complicated by type 2 diabetes mellitus (excluding patients with end-stage renal failure or those undergoing dialysis)
JA: 2型糖尿病、2型糖尿病を合併する慢性腎臓病（ただし、末期腎不全又は透析施行中の患者を除く）

Dosage and Administration / 用法用量

EN: Usual adult dose: 100mg as canagliflozin once daily, administered orally before or after breakfast.
JA: 通常、成人にはカナグリフロジンとして100mgを1日1回朝食前又は朝食後に経口投与する。

Contraindications / 禁忌

EN: Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product; patients with severe ketosis, diabetic coma, or pre-coma; patients with severe infection, perioperative status, or serious trauma
JA: 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者、重症ケトーシス・糖尿病性昏睡又は前昏睡の患者、重症感染症・手術前後・重篤な外傷のある患者
