EN: Postmenopausal osteoporosis
JA: 閉経後骨粗鬆症
Dosage and Administration / 用法用量
EN: The usual dose is 20mg of bazedoxifene administered orally once daily.
JA: 通常、バゼドキシフェンとして、1日1回20mgを経口投与する。
Contraindications / 禁忌
EN: 2.1 Patients with or with a history of venous thromboembolism (e.g., deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, retinal vein thrombosis) / 2.2 Patients in prolonged immobile states (e.g., postoperative recovery, prolonged bed rest) / 2.3 Patients with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome / 2.4 Pregnant women, women who may be pregnant, or breastfeeding women / 2.5 Patients with a history of hypersensitivity to any component of this product
JA: 2.1 深部静脈血栓症、肺塞栓症、網膜静脈血栓症等の静脈血栓塞栓症のある患者又はその既往歴のある患者 / 2.2 長期不動状態（術後回復期、長期安静期等）にある患者 / 2.3 抗リン脂質抗体症候群の患者 / 2.4 妊婦又は妊娠している可能性のある女性及び授乳婦 / 2.5 本剤の成分に対し過敏症の既往歴のある患者
